Strapless Blue Zara Dress 👗 $20

Zara Woman strapless dress size Medium (Mexico size 28) wore couple of times. Blue (like sky blue) color for $20. For me, This was a Super fun dress, can add thin belt with it and maybe cute cardigan or even layer on the outside. I’m 5’3” and the bottom of the dress falls right above my knees.
