Strapless Brown and White Polka Dot Bubble Dress

SO CUTE. EUC. Only worn once to a wedding (last pic). It is missing a yellow belt, which is how I could afford it from Macy’s at the time on clearance. Absolutely adorable dress, very well made. Bit of stretch to it! Tag says 9 but I haven’t been a 9 since middle school 😆
