Strapless Cocktail Mini Dress

Cocktail dress with strapless white bodice and navy-almost-black (can’t tell!) flared skirt. Top is lined and lightly padded to hold you in. Zippered back. Fitted empire waist. Size 4. My measurements are listed in my “Meet the Posher” section for reference. Dress measurements to follow.
