Strapless Fitted swim dress

Vintage inspired old navy swim dress. Black with white polka dots and twisted sweetheart top. Has hooks for straps, but no straps included with this sale. Dress fit is very similar to lavender suit in photos. It was from a slimming collection, stomach and hips are supposed to fit snug. Skirt is ruched for adjustable length.
