Strapless Floral Dress

Strapless black floral dress, has sort of a vintage look to me, and the gold flowers sparkle a bit which looks really pretty, I really dug it but it didn't fit me, still has tags on it so it has never been worn, the tag I think says it is a medium, look like a mix between medium and large, brand is called "many belles down".
