Strapless Formal Dress

Strapless and gray satin with black velvet floral designs I believe it came from JC Penney’s Has a belt loop on each hip (as pictured), but I’m missing the belt. Any black belt would look cute with it though. One of the hanger straps is broken. I wore it once years ago. I’m just now cleaning out my closet. Let me know if you have any questions!
