Strapless Formal Mini Dress Size 2

•Never worn before! •Top of dress is form fitting, though the fabric on the front lays loosely •Skirt is double layered and most definitely twirlable:) •Picture 3 shows the bra-like adjustable elastic band that ensures the top stays up, alongside the grippy (but not uncomfortable) strip in the interior rim of neckline (pic 4) •Dress zippers up in the back and has two functional clasps •There is wiring in the top, but it is stitched in vertically so not sure what the function is! (Doesn’t make the dress any less comfortable tho:))
