Strapless Formal / Prom Dress

Slightly darker than royal blue prom/formal dress - strapless with corset type waist and zipper and lace up back. Gathered ruching/bustling throughout bottom of dress to give it some shape. Black underskirt as well (see photo). Originally purchased from Von Maur. It will be dry cleaned before being shipped. Measured from top most part of back of dress (not heart shaped bust) to hem is 52 inches. Girl in photo is 5’6” with very small heels on.
