Hello @7bliss2. Measuring from torso down. Starting underneath the bust. Inside black lining of the dress is 17". Outside lace 25.5". For me the inside hits above the knee and the lace part hits below the knee. Looks really nice with heals. I'm short too. I hear you. 😜 ❤
