Strapless Little Black & White Dress

You can’t tell by the photos but this dress is very flattering to your body when on. It can be dressed up with heels or more casual with sandals. I bought this at a boutique in Palm Springs and I cut the tags out when I wore it so I don’t know the brand but I know it is a size small. The measurements while lying flat are: upper across the chest 14 1/2 inches, waist where the band is at is 14 inches and the length is 31 inches. The material is stretchy and feels like polyester.
