Strapless Maxi Dress

This dress has been worn twice and is in great condition. It features a padded top and princess seams. It has a short black skirt lining that comes to above the knees. This would be good for someone slightly taller that me, or someone who likes heels because it was a bit long on me (I’m 5’4”)
