Strapless Navy Silk Dress (MUST GO BY 8/6)

Deep navy dress with a squared off neckline and no straps. Color is true to the image, looks almost black. 100% silk satin shell. Hits at around knee length on a petite woman. Cleaning out since this is no longer my size, but still looks like new - has only been worn once before.
