Strapless Paisley Tiered Maxidress

Awesome 100% cotton Made in India as the rich colors reflect If I wore it as much as I love it there would be no dress! I have worn it 3 times and hope you will wear it 30 times - it shouldn't be lingering in a closet... My friend borrowed this and mentioned the top is on the loose side. Unless you are DD or larger You may need to secure the top.
