Strapless Red and Black Lace Dress

Strapless red and black lace tea length dress from Windsor. I’m 5’1 and the bottom of the dress hit halfway between my kneecap and ankle. The bust used to dip lower but was altered into more of a sweetheart neckline (see 2nd and 3rd photos). Zipper and clasp on the right side. Cotton and nylon. In excellent condition. Only worn 2x.
