Strapless Roxy maxi

Blue patterned strapless maxi by Roxy. Sz S. See pic relating to Roxy tag at bottom of dress, one side ripped, but it is still held on by the other side. It blends in anyway so you wouldn’t even notice, but it is fixable! Skirt portion is fully lined. Back and sides of top are stretchy to hold in place.
