Strapless Ruffle Dress

Romeo & Juliet Couture strapless dress. The color is difficult to capture in photo but it is a lovely army green with metallic sheen. There are breast padding but no boning. Ruffled bottom that looks great with heels. Worn only twice with lots of compliments.
