Strapless Summer Dress

Fun, flowy, summer dress purchased at a boutique on River St in Historic District, Savannah. Vibrant, fun, multi colored deess. Tag in back is cut off as I didn't want it showing while worn. Front length top to bottom is 35 inches and back length is 49 inches. Material is 95% Polyester 5% Spandex. Very flattering as it flows out at bottom but also hangs nicely when standing still.
