Strapless Sweetheart Sequin Tulle Gown

This is a gorgeous strapless sweetheart sequin top with a flowy gray tulle bottom, floor-length gown. This dress has only been worn twice but was purchased many moons ago at Lord & Taylor and there is no label inside to confirm the brand or sizing. The original cost was somewhere north of $200 because I remember having to convince my parents to buy it for me for prom. I am 5'10" with a 27.5" waist, 38" hips, 31" high hips, 34" bust and 29" under bust. This fits me quite perfectly but could stand to be taken in on the bust a tad. My best guess is it's a 6 since I'm normally a 4 or 6 in dresses. There is one small issue on the bottom hem where it unraveled but is not noticeable when the dress is on. See the last photo.
