The waistline belt is sewn on, but can be removed carefully with small shears. The flowing skirt is layered with large ruffles. A light steaming in needed before wearing to iron out creases in the fabric. Taffeta/Poly fabric I am 5’6”. With 3” heels dress hits the floor. 36DD Size 14.
