Strapless (Tube top) Blue Dress

Worn a couple times, bought from a boutique downtown NY about 3 months ago. Doesn’t fit anymore. Fits small, it says 5/6? But I would say XS, Petite S. Silky texture, Very soft, Comfortable, The thing I loved most about this dress is that it hugs the curve part of your body and makes you look great.
