Strapless Tulip cut wrap semi formal dress

Navy blue with pretty purple flowers. Very flattering on - especially with the tulip cut bottom (shows just the right amount of leg). Can be formal/ semi formal - perfect for wedding guest attire - which is exactly what I wore it for (A formal wedding and Captain's dinner on a cruise). There is some pilling on the front of the dress (almost like the seatbelt got it?). I hate to let this one go, but I've worn it and I've lost too much weight to wear again. I do have pictures of me wearing it if you want to see on me. The more you buy from me the bigger the discount!
