Strapless Vineyard Collections dress

Black strapless vineyard collections dress. Was ordered for a bridesmaid dress and the wedding didn't happen, wore it once TO a wedding. Size is 14 but was taken in a bit inside under arms and then was still too big. Can easily but let out to be a 14. Needs to be dry cleaned some faint makeup powder stains on it and missing the optional straps. Cute gathered detail on bust and flower appliques. Tea length on me and I'm 5'8"
