Strapless White and Black Silk A-Line Dress with Velvet Floral Appliqué

White House Black Market strapless white and black silk a-line dress with velvet floral appliqué. It has only been worn once and is in near perfect condition with no noticeable signs of wear. It’s a size 4 and 30.5 inches long. I’m 5’2” and it hits right above the knee on me. This does come wit the dress bag in the picture.
