Strapless, above the knee rust colored dress w/navy embroidered stitched design

This strapless dress has an underneath layer as well. It is 100% rayon. It was worn twice and dry cleaned. It is a boutique piece. No rips or snags in the navy embroidery. Size small. Top of dress is elastic so it stretches over chest easily.
