Strapless black ball gown

Never worn (only tried on) strapless Soiéblu ball gown dress. Black floor length dress with gold floral pattern on busy and bodice. Slit on the right side of the gown and small triangle mesh opening on the bust. There is padding in the bra. Size is small, but definitely think size 0-2. I’m 4’11, 34D, but even with 6 inch heels, it was too long for me.
