Strapless black velvet semi formal dress

Black rayon velvet street length gown with fitted bodice, gathered tulip skirt that wraps over front.(See picture with white paper under upper layer of skirt to show how it lays.) Skirt is gathered at waist giving a generous amount of ease at the hip. The skirt wraps almost all the way across the front so is very modest. There is a large velvet bow with a black satin ling attached at the waist with a rhinestone accent in the middle. It is a very elegant gown to wear.
