@bridgetcamacho yes. Armpit to armpit measures 15 inches across. It is an elastic banded top which sits comfortably around the chest. The length from top to waist measures 13 inches. The nice thing about the dress is that it is blouson style so you can blouse it up more if you are short waisted like I am or pull the waist down if you are long waisted. The length from waistband to bottom is 38 inches.
