Strapless blue/black ombré prom/homecoming dress

Dark blue ombré to black strapless short dress. The bottom has roses lining it, along with the belt. It fits very well. The only thing missing is the hook on the back but it's easily replaceable. Only worn once! Pricing is negotiable just offer :)
