Strapless blue/white striped dress - 3X

Fashion to Figure size 3 (3X). Blue and white cotton dress with a tie design in the front and elastic in the back. A-line dress that hits just below the knee for most. Very flattering; perfect for spring and summer outings to wineries, derbies, weddings, etc. goes well with a denim jacket or can be worn as it is to show a little shoulder! Like new; only worn once.
