Strapless chevron hi-low dress

strapless hi-low dress, upper has a black and off white chevron patten, skirt portion is a sheer turquoise color with a solid slip underneath, back has two wide elastic straps which covered my bra perfectly. worn once to a wedding and washed. It's super cute and I would keep it, but the top portion is too big (boo for a-cups!)..
