Strapless cocktail dress

This dress was custom made for me for a wedding. It’s a thick taffeta material with a black velvet bow. It was inspired by a Peter Som gown. At the time my measurement were 32 chest, 28 waist, 110 pounds. I can add measurements of dress if interested. It’s a really fun and chic dress and the teal color is really pretty!
