Strapless convertible smocked floral summer dress/skirt

Unique dress made of floaty chiffon-like fabric. A smocked tube top with a rounded skirt that can be made poufy by ruching it with ribbons at the seams. Smocked part also be worn at the waist as a longer skirt. Lots of feminine details. Black flowers and leaves pattern on beige background. One size fits many. In great condition. A couple small flaws: a couple pinholes (pictured), and an area where there are a couple spots of candle wax on the under layer (pictured), which is tricky to get out so I haven’t tried (but the dress has been freshly laundered). Neither flaw is noticeable when worn.
