Strapless dress

Pale turquoise, delicate, black pattern throughout, black bow belt. There is ribbon from the belt to tie in the back of the dress. Zips in back. Much going on toward the bottom, but it gives such a cute puffy look. Pay close attention to the detailing. It's different, I think, but gorgeous. Only worn one time. Absolutely fabulous condition. I'm totes down to answer any questions someone may have :)
