Strapless dress

Strapless floral dress from Rue 21. Only worn once (to a wedding). Navy blue with light blue and brown floral pattern. Built in bra (the first picture is misleading due to the way the busy drapes off the hanger). Stretchy back for versatile fitting. Beautiful dress, just slightly too big for me.
