Strapless dress

Brand New Express semi-formal black strapless dress. Has a 9.5 inch slit in the front, some accent ruffles in the front and goes around to the back. Stretchy and soft, has grippy lining around the chest so it stays on really well. Would be cute on someone taller maybe 5.5 or taller. Size 2. Full length 32 inches, waist is 25 inches. It does stretch though so 26 inch waist would be fine too which I believe that’s what I am.
