Strapless dress, silver, punk rockabilly skater, size small

This dress is perfect for a dressy occasion where you want to show off your personality. It’s chic but rebellious, classy but alternative. Dress is strapless but has loops where straps could be attached (see photos). Waist measures 13” across Skirt goes down 19” from waist I was probably 130-135 lb and 34/B when I wore this (only 1 time) and I’m 5’6”.
