Beautiful blue green strapless cocktail dress with pockets on each side! Satin like material with a gorgeous sheen. Lined inside. Straight across neckline. Elastic across top back. One small imperfection near zipper where it looks like the fabric was pierced with a pin. Please see photo 8. Missing tag, but I believe the designer is Express and it’s a size 0.
