I think it might! I was a size 6 when I got it, but the top was always loose on me. I can take measurements when I get home later and you can see if it’ll work for you!

Bust (measured at very top of dress) is 34 inches; the center of bust is slightly larger as it is shaped to contour your chest
Waist: 29 inches
Hips: 38 inches at widest part
Length: 27-28 inches long
