Strapless floral dress.

I am 5’3” and this dress hits me just a little above the knee. The fabric is thick and feels almost like a taffeta so it holds its shape and kind of bubbles away from the body. It is super cute! It has a rubberized strip around the top to keep it from sliding down. It is a size medium and fits about like a size 8. It zips up in the back.
