Strapless floral dress w/ Multi layered skirt sz S

This is a NWOT Strapless Floral patterned dress by Isenboye in size Juniors Large, but looks more like a Small/Medium- see measurements below. This dress is made out of 100% cotton and is strapless with a padded bust, for use without a strapless bra. This dress has ruching on the top and a 3 layered skirt w/ White eyelet hems for each tier. There is a zipper closure in the back. The measurements: armpit to armpit:15" waist: 12" length: 25"
