Strapless floral print dress

Navy blue/purplish background with pretty floral print. Strapless with elastic across top and at waist. 13” across top of elastic bust (without stretching it) 28” from top to bottom. Size S but fits like an XS in my opinion. Great condition. Pet free, smoke free home.
