Cecile Brown brand. Turquoise strapless sequin bodycon prom dress. Very form fitting but has a bit of flare at the bottom. Sweetheart neck and high leg slit. Back zip closure with hook and eye clasp. I would say fits more like a 2. No alterations have ever been done. One worn one time. Has been recently dry cleaned
