jessa520 @evilyn13 Yes I would consider it to be teal green as it can look slightly more green in certain lightings. But it is definitely not a true green color.

jessa520 @mrs_cornwell06 Sorry for taking so long to get back to you! The top measures 13 inches across The waist is 12 inches across From the top to the shortest part of the skirt is about 24 inches long. The elastic has good stretch so if you’re near those measurements it should fit!

jessa520 @meagjon Hi, the top is a stretch lace. It has two layers (the inner layer and the outer lace layer. It is not padded. There is an elastic band around the top that ensure the top won’t fall.
