Strapless maxi dress

Blue backdrop with very detailed design through out the dress and trimming the bottom. Elastic around top, no padding in chest and elastic flouncy waist. Thicker cotton type material, not sheer, very soft. I am only 5' 2" and it wasnt too long for me.
