Strapless maxi dress, with open back (ooh la la)

White top crocheted with a Chevron white on white pattern, Navy Blue band approx. 2 inches thick below bust, and aqua, orange, blue and white colors throughout the skirt. Falls to ankle length on me, slightly longer in the back. The back is open with a band of white followed by patch of skin then the Navy blue band and the skirt. Bought this summer at Belk, but it didn't look quite right on me. The top is awesome and fits really well without being too tight, the skirt falls nicely. Built in bra.
