Strapless maxidress with a Bailey 44 vibe

I wholly believe this was meant as a strapless dress, but I totally wore it as a maxi skirt with the top flipped over. Need a versatile piece for an upcoming vacation? (Lucky you!) It has a Bailey 44 vibe (but isn’t!) with the fabric, the angles, and the overlays. Measurements taken without stretch. 28 inch bust, 32 inch waist, and 40 inch hip. 45 inches long. 90% rayon, 5% linen, and 5% spandex. Machine wash cold.
