Strapless mermaid ball gown with butterfly appliqués

This is a standard black bridesmaid dress that I modified to make the mermaid/trumpet hem more extreme and, more importantly, appliqué on the navy and sparkly green embellishments. I also put in a lace-up back in navy satin ribbon and re-lined the top part in green Bemberg lining. Probably a size 8 or 10; made for me when I was about 34B-30-41. Black satin, strapless with boning and size zip. Built-in tulle petticoat in the flared part. I’ll throw in a matching bag I made with the leftovers and an emerald green velvet shrug. This sold in the past and was returned because a seam was split. I have fixed it but it is not pretty; see the last pics. Sold as is. Price reflects this.
