Strapless midi cocktail dress

Beautiful watercolor painting with stripes very modern and classy strapless dress. Fully lined and made in the USA! Love the cascading ruffle and slit in the back. Very ladylike yet sexy cool dress for a formal event. Fits closer to size 6. I would have kept this but it would have needed to be altered to fit my small frame for the event i bought it for and there wasn’t enough time. The seamstress assured me that it’s a very simple job for anyone interested in making this smaller or shorter.
