Strapless mini dress

Polka-dot pattern with attached large bow. Fabric is slightly sheer and shiny and does not have much give/stretch. Fully lined with black satin fabric. Strapless bust secured with rubber grip lining. Zip-up back with clasp. Runs approximately 23.5 inches long from top to bottom, 17 inches across bust, and 14.5 inches across in the waist.
