Strapless mini dress

Size 7 fits like a 5. Strapless sweetheart neck line with an open cut out back. Liner is built into the dress and has a liner on neckline to keep dress from moving and light padding on breast. New with tags, capable of adding a belt around waist if needed. Black straps are for hanging purposes and not the straps to the dress.
